Oge
In the ever-evolving landscape of Greek music, Oge stands out as one of the most influential and genre-defying artists of his generation. Born in Athens in 1989, he is a part of the Greek soundscape since the early 2010s — not just as a rapper, but as a producer, songwriter, and creative force with a signature style that blends rap, pop, R&B, and 2000s nostalgia into something unmistakably his own.
From his breakthrough hit “Gia Mia Akoma Fora” (meaning ‘For One More Time’) with Josephine to his participation in the Europa Song Contest in 2016, Oge has consistently pushed the boundaries of what Greek urban music can be. Over the years, he’s collaborated with major names and influenced an entire wave of new Greek artists — both in front of the mic and behind the scenes.
And now, he’s back with STATUS 2 — a high-impact, high-energy sequel to his successful 2022 album STATUS. Released by Minos EMI (a Universal Music Company), the new album features 10 tracks, 9 of which are brand new and loaded with next-level production and songwriting. The guest list reads like a who’s who of the modern Greek scene: Marina Satti, Fy, RACK, VLOSPA, APON, Sicario, goodjobnicky, Ivan Greko, Kidd, and DEZYDERO all join forces with Oge in what feels like a musical summit.
With STATUS 2, Oge doesn’t just release an album — he sets a new standard. It’s a sound that lives in clubs, playlists, radios, and even Eurovision. That’s right: Oge co-wrote the viral 2024 Eurovision hit “ZARI”, proving once again that his creative reach is both local and international. Add to that the massive streaming success of tracks like “OLE” (with Snik and Strat — over 10M streams), and it’s clear: Oge is not just participating in the mainstream Greek urban music scene, he’s shaping it.
