In the picturesque region of Evrytania, a new and exciting venture has emerged—Roula’s Van, the first mobile cantina in the entire area. The brainchild of Stavroula Kardapiki, this innovative food truck offers a refreshing change from the busy life of the city, bringing local flavors and a taste of nature to the heart of the community.
After years of living in Athens, Stavroula sought a slower, more fulfilling lifestyle, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Moving to the tranquil village of Agios Georgios by Lake Kremaston, she decided to pursue her dream of starting a mobile food service that would serve both locals and visitors in the beautiful region of Agrafa.
Operating from the pier of Palaiochori, Roula’s Van serves a variety of unique dishes, including sandwiches, salads, drinks, and cocktails, all made with locally sourced ingredients. Stavroula is passionate about reviving traditional flavors while also creating innovative new ones, all while offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.Roula’s Van is not just a place to grab a bite—it’s a part of a larger vision to boost tourism in the area and showcase the hidden beauty of Evrytania.
