Welcome to GR2ME. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the site, you affirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Use of the Site
- You agree to use the site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the site including but not limited any content hereof, without our written permission.
- Use the site to violate any laws or regulations.
- Interfere with the site’s security or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including without limitation text, photos, audiovisual works, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GR2ME or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
GR2ME uses cookies and similar technologies to personalize content and analyze site traffic. For details, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
5. Third-Party Services and Ads
We may use third-party services, including Google’s DART cookies, to serve ads based on your visit to this and other websites. Users may opt-out by visiting Google’s ad settings: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the site but grant GR2ME a license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with site services.
6.1 User Content Warranty
By uploading, posting, or submitting any content to the site, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the content and to grant the license set out in these Terms.
- The content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary or legal rights.
- The content is not defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise offensive under applicable law.
- The content is free of viruses, malware, or other harmful code or material that may damage or interfere with any system, data, or personal information.
- The content is not subject to any legal claim or dispute that would make its use by GR2ME unlawful or inappropriate.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GR2ME from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of this warranty.
7. Digital Content: Rentals and Purchases
7.1 Access to films
GR2ME offers Users the option to rent and purchase films through the site. All films are generally available for both rent and purchase however some films may only be available for either rent or purchase. The films are available in digital format only.
- Rentals: if you rent a film, you have the right to watch that film through the site for as many times as you like during a continuous 48-hour period starting on the date and time of successful payment of the rental fee.
- Purchases: if you purchase a film, you have the right to watch that film through the site, for as many times as you like starting on the date and time of successful payment of the purchase fee. Access to such film will remain available to you for as long as the site and the underlying services are operational. You will be able to watch the film even if it is no longer available for purchase on the site due to loss or limitation of distribution rights.
7.2 Streaming-Only Access
All films, whether rented or purchased, are provided solely via streaming through the site. Films are not available for download and cannot be accessed or watched via any platform, medium, or service other than the site.
7.3 Third-Party Streaming and Payment Providers
Film streaming is provided through a third-party service (currently Vimeo). Payment processing services for rentals and purchases of films are provided by a reputable transaction and payment service provider (currently MCBS MON. IKE). By using these services, you also agree to comply with the terms and policies of such third-party providers (for more information please see https://vimeo.com/terms and MCBS MON IKE terms of service in Annex I hereof). GR2ME bears no responsibility for any issues arising from those external services.
7.4 Film Ratings and Age Restrictions
All films available on the site are rated according to the applicable Greek content rating system. Users are required to be at least 18 years old to complete any purchase or rental. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
7.5 Final Transactions
Once a film is rented or purchased the transaction is generally considered final and there can be no refunds.
7.6 Technical Problems
Refunds or replacements are typically only provided if there are technical issues that prevent or delay the delivery of the content.
8. Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to us including:
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
Upon receiving valid notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the content or disabling access to it.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GR2ME and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at our discretion. Upon termination, your rights to use the site will cease immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified via email or site notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation in Athens, Greece. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, the parties may mutually agree to arbitration. If arbitration is not agreed upon, the courts of Athens, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13.1. Optional Arbitration
If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through mediation as set out above, they may mutually agree in writing to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. Such arbitration shall take place in Athens, Greece, in the Greek or the English language, and be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce or another recognized arbitration body as agreed.
The arbitration panel shall consist of one (1) arbitrator jointly appointed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, appointed in accordance with the applicable rules. The arbitrator shall be legally trained and fluent in Greek or English, as applicable.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Arbitration does not preclude the parties from seeking interim or injunctive relief in the courts of Athens, Greece, as necessary to preserve rights or prevent irreparable harm.

15. Language and Severability
These Terms may be translated for convenience. However, the English version shall prevail in case of discrepancies, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Additional Terms for EU Users
If you are a resident of the European Union, the following additional terms apply and override any conflicting terms above:
16.1 Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
Your personal data is processed according to the GDPR and Greek Law 4624/2019. You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability. Consent to cookies is required unless strictly necessary.
16.2 Consumer Rights
Disclaimers and limitations of liability do not affect your statutory rights. You may have additional rights regarding refunds, service quality, and warranty.
16.3 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a digital contract unless waived by explicit consent. This right of withdrawal may not apply however to any purchase or rental of audiovisual works such as movies.
16.4 ODR Platform Access
You may use the EU’s ODR platform for resolving disputes: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
By using GR2ME, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read and understood your rights and obligations.
Annex I
MCBS Terms of Service – Terms of Agreement
By completing a purchase on GR2ME’s platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms with MCBS, the exclusive transaction and payment service provider for GR2ME:
- Role of MCBS – MCBS operates solely as a payment gateway, facilitating secure transactions between you (the purchaser), GR2ME, and the banking institution. MCBS does not produce, distribute, or host any content sold on GR2ME’s platform.
- No Responsibility for Content – MCBS bears no responsibility and accepts no liability for the nature, quality, legality, accuracy, or availability of any digital content, goods, or services provided by GR2ME or its third-party suppliers. All inquiries or disputes related to the content or delivery thereof must be directed to GR2ME.
- Transaction Handling – Upon completion of your purchase, MCBS processes your payment and transfers the funds to GR2ME according to the business agreement between MCBS and GR2ME. MCBS ensures the technical execution of the transaction but is not a party to the sales agreement between you and GR2ME.
- Refunds
MCBS may process a refund only if and to the extent that GR2ME has authorized it, in accordance with the terms and conditions set by GR2ME. MCBS does not independently assess refund claims or disputes related to content. - Legal Compliance – MCBS disclaims all liability arising from any content that may be illegal, infringing, offensive, or inappropriate, whether under local or international law. Responsibility for compliance with applicable law in respect of any content, goods, or services provided by GR2ME or its third-party suppliers lies with GR2ME and its content providers.
