April 2025
The Greek metal scene prepares for a sonic assault of epic proportions, as two of its most formidable forces—Nightrage and Full House Brew Crew—come together for a double album release celebration. The two bands will take the stage in Thessaloniki (Eightball Club, April 24) and Athens (Gagarin 205, April 25)!
Leading the charge is Nightrage, a band that needs no introduction to followers of the European extreme metal circuit. With “Remains of a Dead World”, their tenth studio album, they cement their position as one of Greece’s most enduring metal exports, driven by the vision of guitarist and founder Marios Iliopoulos.
Joining them are Full House Brew Crew, the Athens-based heavy hitters led by Vangelis Karzis, known for his work with the legendary Rotting Christ. Their new album, “Rise Of The Underdogs”, is a fierce, groove-heavy anthem for outsiders and underdogs alike.
Opening each night are two rising acts leading the new wave of Greek metal:
- Temor, an atmospheric outfit blending cello-driven melodies with extreme metal foundations. Their debut full-length album, “My Sorrow’s Rage”, has garnered critical acclaim.
- Grim Love, another name to watch, bring an explosive mix of darkness and aggression with a melodic twist that resonates beyond the underground.
More than just a concert, this is a celebration of the Greek heavy music community—its veterans, its innovators, and its future!
